1. Great Climate
Bulgaria is located in towards the bottom of Southern Europe, so it is a guaranteed sunshine holiday. Even during the winter, the days are longer and brighter than the UK. The Black Sea are has an average temperature in the summer of 28°C, with over 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and 300 hours in July and August.
2. Cheap Travel
The cost of living in Bulgaria is much lower than the UK and the rest of Western Europe. Therefore, the cost of alcohol and food is much cheaper :). The Bulgarian currency is known as the Lev (Latest Exchange rates LEV to GBP)
3. Beach, Panaroma Beach
The beach is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The beach is very well developed to suit all of your needs. Should you prefer a less well developed beach, then they can be found further along the Black Sea coast.
4. Low Crime
Nessebar and the Bulgaria part of the Black Sea are amongst the safest places to holiday in Europe, with virtually no major crimes - befitting a small local black sea community.
5. Friendly People
The Bulgarian people are generally welcoming and friendly, with most of them being able to speak english.
6. Old Town
The nearby old town of Nessebar is a 5-10 minute walk away and is a breathtakingly beautiful place to visit. The town is mainly stone built with cobblestone lanes. You could spend ages exploring the lanes with the many bars, restaurants and shops. It is even more beautiful at night.
7. Sunny Beach Resort
The nearby and popular resort of Sunny Beach is only a 5 minute ride in the train that runs from the old town.
8. Apartment
The apartment is self-contained with everything you could require, whether you decide to eat in or eat out or even if you decide to do your washing on holiday.
9. Facilities at the Apartment
The complex boasts 2 swimming pools, a restaurant and bar. One of the bars can be found located in the circular swimming pool. Underneath the complex, a range of shops can be found. At the side of the complex, there is an emergency first aid clinic. In front of the complex, there is a children's playground with benches, where you can sit and admire at the stunning views of the beach and the old town of Nessebar.
10. Eating & Drinking out
There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. As Nessebar is a fishing village, it is a must to eat out in one of the many fish restaurants.
